Answer: Filings can typically be made effective the following day, but there may be some limitations depending on the type of filing that is requested. Our knowledgeable insurance advisors can give you information about your filings when you call for your free quote.


How can I get a certificate of insurance?

Answer: You can instantly create and print your own certificates of insurance through our online system. You can also call us and one of our Insurance Advisors will create a certificate and send it to you and the certificate holder by email, fax, or regular mail.


How can I make a change to my policy?

Answer: Policy changes can be requested by calling our customer service line during regular business hours. Coverage cannot be changed or bound via the voicemail system.


How quickly are policy changes processed?

Answer: Most of the time, our insurance advisors will process your change and update your billing information instantly while you’re on the phone.


I operate nationwide. Does my policy with Milepost Insurance have any limitations on how far I can go?

Answer: Our policies don’t have a specific radius limitation, but coverage under our policies is limited to the United States and Canada.

Answer: Our claims service is available for you to file claim reports 24/7.
